Brenda R. - Office Manager
Misty K. - Receptionist  Misty is most often the first person you will speak with when you call Des Moines Plastic Surgery. Her friendly voice and helpful attitude is a great asset to the company. Misty has many years of experience working in a plastic surgery office setting as a receptionist. She will do her best to answer any of your questions and if she can’t answer your questions she will make sure she gets you to someone who does! Misty takes care of patient reminder calls, checking patients in and out of their appointments, answering incoming calls, and a long list of other administrative duties!

Brenda is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a minor in Management of Information Systems. She moved to the Des Moines area in 1995 and has worked at a couple of large insurance companies in the area. Her work mainly focused on management of people, projects, and financials/budgeting. Brenda now manages the Des Moines Plastic Surgery office and is responsible for many aspects of the daily operations, financials, and marketing. If you have any questions or concerns that need to be addressed, Brenda always welcomes your feedback.
