Brenda B. – Director
Brenda is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a minor in Management of Information Systems. Brenda is the Director of Des Moines Plastic Surgery™ and Coachlight Clinic & Spa. She is responsible for the overall daily operations, financials, human resources and marketing of these two businesses.
Denise T. – Office Manager
Denise comes to Des Moines Plastic Surgery™ with over 20 years of experience in healthcare management and customer service. A graduate of Mount Mercy University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration she serves as our liaison in areas of practice management, business development, and marketing. Des Moines Plastic Surgery™ is a leader in the Midwest for plastic surgery and non-surgical procedures. Denise assists the clinic and staff to maintain this standard of excellence in your personalized care and delivery of service.
Jayme R. – Marketing Coordinator
Jayme is a graduate from Waldorf College with a Bachelors in Communications Public Relations. Her main focus is marketing and business development for Des Moines Plastic Surgery™ and Coachlight Clinic & Spa. She is in charge of events, social media, design, blogs, B2B opportunities, donations/charities, and both practices’ marketing efforts. Jayme is a source of knowledge and will respond to your requests via our website, which allows you to reach out to her directly and ask any questions you may have.
She is a positive, creative individual and we are excited to have her apart of the Des Moines Plastic Surgery™ and Coachlight Clinic & Spa family. Jayme loves playing and/or attending any kind of sporting event, traveling and is a huge animal lover.

Misty W. – Receptionist
Misty is most often the first person you will speak with when you call Des Moines Plastic Surgery™. Her friendly voice and helpful attitude is a great asset to the company. Misty has many years of experience working in a plastic surgery office setting as a receptionist. She will do her best to answer any of your questions and if she can’t answer your questions she will make sure she gets you to someone who does!
Misty takes care of patient reminder calls, checking patients in and out of their appointments, answering incoming calls, and a long list of other administrative duties!
