We Support YESS!

The Youth Emergency Services and Shelter of Iowa

Des Moines Plastic Surgery has been dedicated in helping the community in serveral ways over the years. More recently, we have made a special connection with YESS. YESS is the Youth Emergency Services and Shelter of Iowa. This private, non-profit organization provides emergency shelter, respite, crisis care, and couseling for children birth through 17 years of age.

In 2012, Des Moines Plastic Surgery is helping YESS in the 5th Annual Duck Derby to be held on May 5th, at Jordon Creek Mall in West Des Moines. Join us for this exciting event to watch over 30,000 yellow rubber duckies race to the finsih line! Dr. David Robbins, owner of Des Moines Plastic Surgery and board certified plastic surgeon, will be giving away the $10,000 Grand Prize that day!

ADOPT A DUCK. HELP A CHILD.

So....if you see those rubber duckies being sold, snatch one up and help a child! You may be one of the many lucky duck winners on May 5th!
